This is a Mandalorian killing a Jedi master in a Jedi academy. It's not Mace Windu it's another black guy with a purple lightsaber because the Mandalorian wars took place about 4,000 years before Mace Windu was around. The man shouting 'NO!' is the masters Apprentice so you can decide whether the Mandalorian or the Apprentice wins. This is taking place during the Mandalorian wars so the building could be the Jedi Enclave at Dantooine or it could just be some random Jedi training academy. The Mandalorian armour may not be accurate but I have drawn the emblem on his shoulder for a bit of accuracy. Also, behind the Apprentice the area is on fire and the red and green lines are blaster fire if you couldn't tell.

Dunno if it's cos i'm naturally pessimistic, but in my mind the Mandalorian won.
